The 2023 NASCAR Mexico Series was the sixteenth season of the NASCAR Mexico Series, a regional stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR in Mexico. It was the nineteenth season of the series as a NASCAR-sanctioned series. It began with the Los Cabos 200 at Súper Óvalo Chiapas on 26 March and ended with a race at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez on 5 November. Salvador de Alba won the championship. It was his second championship in three years as he also won the 2021 series championship.

Regulation Changes

A "playoff" format was announced for the 2023 season, which would decide the end-of-season champion.

  • The top 4 drivers in points, along with 2 wildcard drivers with the most wins advanced to the playoffs.
  • The six drivers would start the playoffs with the following points distribution:
    • 1st - 1015
    • 2nd - 1010
    • 3rd - 1006
    • 4th - 1003
    • 5th - 1001
    • 6th - 1000
  • The two drivers with the lowest point scores would be eliminated following Race 11 (second-last race).
  • The highest finisher out of the "Championship 4" drivers in Race 12 would be crowned champion.
