The 2024 Indian general election was held in Kerala on 26 April 2024 to elect all 20 members from the state to the 18th Lok Sabha. The result of the election was announced on 4 June 2024.[1]

The United Democratic Front (UDF), led by Indian National Congress (INC), and Left Democratic Front (LDF), led by Communist Party of India (Marxist), contested separately in Kerala. This is inspite of both alliances being part of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA)[2] The UDF swept the elections winning 18 out of 20 seats, one less than in 2019. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won in Thrissur, their first ever Lok Sabha seat in Kerala, while the remaining seat was won by LDF.[3]
