AFDs
Hello, Miminity,
You shouldn't say, on AFD #1 that your deletion rationale is on AFD #2. At the very least copy over the reason but the deletion rationale should be original. But asking AFD participants to go to a separate page to read why you are arguing for deletion for a different article is just lazy and I doubt you'll get participation. I'm not sure why you thought referring editors to Article 2's AFD to see why you think Article 1 should be deleted made sense. You don't want to have to make participants work to understand your reasons, you need to write a compelling deletion rationale based in policy that demonstrates a BEFORE has been done. It's your job as the nominator to persuasively present your argument, not ask editors to go to a different page to see why you think an article should be deleted. Please correct these nominations if you want to see any editors participating in them. Thank you. LizRead!Talk!03:54, 14 August 2024 (UTC)
P.S. If you are too busy with school to edit then please do not start up AFDs, you should be around to answer questions about them and respond to comments that are made by editors. You might consider withdrawing them if you don't have time now for any follow-up. You can always nominate them later. LizRead!Talk!03:57, 14 August 2024 (UTC)
@Liz: oops no necessarily busy but cannot answer question immediately, but yeah okay note is taken, I'll just withdraw the other Afds Warm Regards, Miminity (talk) (contribs) 05:11, 14 August 2024 (UTC)
Hello Miminity! I am extremely grateful for your kind review.
I mistakenly thought it was enough to add those missing references in the "External Links" section as they come from the same source, but I have added them accordingly to its corresponding entry in the "Filmography" section. I have resubmited the draft, and I would be endlessly grateful if you could give it another quick look and see if it is good now since I have added them.
Thank you so much for your time and your valuable advice.
Thank you so so much for your very quick reply during such a busy time, and also for your patience and consideration. I deeply apologize for my mistakes.
Thank you for letting me know about the AnimeNewsNetwork encyclopedia since I wasn't aware, I will definitely take it into account for my future contributions from now on. In this case, I have replaced those source references with her official blog, since they are also listed there, just not in English which is why I opted for the AnimeNewsNetwork encyclopedia but it surely is a better choice to have the source coming directly from the seiyuu herself.
It should be good to go now so I would be incredibly grateful if you could take another quick look.
Hello
Thank you for reviewing this draft.
I am very confused by the rejection of the Draft for Draft:Seldon Charles Forrester Farmer as there are multiple accessible references to verify the information provided. People have continued to cite Seldon Farmer nearly 40 years after his death in academic and professional works. Thus it is clear he is notable even without the honour of an OBE. I have consulted the notability pages on wiki and it is clear that he is worthy of a wiki biography, with multiple news, journal, government and Royal notices in a time entirely before the internet. I would be grateful if you would reconsider or make some very specific suggestions about how this page needs to be modified. Many thanks. Zaccwm (talk) 18:56, 20 August 2024 (UTC)
@Asilvering: I decline it as majority of the info on "Divisions" are heavily uncited. It's good enough, but it's not properly uncited and as well as the issue you tagged it. Warm Regards, Miminity (talk) (contribs) 02:56, 21 August 2024 (UTC)
Almost everything on this article is cited, so I've accepted it to mainspace. We should only be using the WP:V decline like that when it's a huge problem - ie, something you can't fix in normal editing. If it's just a bit, you can delete it yourself and accept. In this case, the stuff under "divisions" is sourced, just not with footnotes, so it's fine (though of course we'd prefer to see footnotes). For example, the Takamiya chronology is sourced to Hiroe Takamiya. It would take some work to follow up on that reference, but it's good enough to get a pass and a maintenance tag. -- asilvering (talk) 03:02, 21 August 2024 (UTC)
Noted, thanks for informing me! I just started reviewing draft yesterday. But, yeah, in retrospect, I should've just made a comment about the issue. Warm Regards, Miminity (talk) (contribs) 03:06, 21 August 2024 (UTC)
Hi Miminity, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the new page reviewer user right to your account. This means you now have access to the page curation tools and can start patrolling pages from the new pages feed. If you asked for this at requests for permissions, please check back there to see if your access is time-limited or if there are other comments.
This is a good time to re-acquaint yourself with the guidance at Wikipedia:New pages patrol. Before you get started, please take the time to:
Hi @Miminity, you appear to be reviewing pages at quite a swift pace for NPP. I am concerned that you're not giving each page the full attention that is required per the guidelines at WP:NPP. For example, Franco Spitale does not appear to have enough sourcing in article to confirm notability. Did you conduct a search for searches to determine if he is in fact notable? Likewise, I tagged Hip Hop Macedonia for both notability and potential COI editing. There are clearly concerns there that ought to be addressed before marking the article patrolled. voorts (talk/contributions) 02:53, 1 September 2024 (UTC)
@Voorts: I conducted searches ever page I review to determine how it is said in WP:NPPHOUR, about the Franco Spitale, I forgotten to tag it with notability but I personally think it is notable as he won a world competition but honestly it's learning me toward only weak keep. and about the Hip Hop Macedonia, I thought for tagging it for WP:AfD. But NOTE TAKEN, I might slow down a little bit and I personally think I misunderstood the NPP workflow. so thanks for letting me know. Warm Regards, Miminity (talk) (contribs) 03:05, 1 September 2024 (UTC)
Hi @Miminity: the key tasks of NPP are (1) checking for COPYVIO and (2) checking for notability. Both of those tasks take time. If you're not sure that something is notable, do not mark it as patrolled. For example, you should not have marked Franco Spitale as patrolled since you were going to tag it with {{notability}}, as that template indicates that notability of an article is uncertain. At this point, I would recommend that you re-read the instructions, wait a day, re-read them again, and then take things very slowly. You should also re-check the pages that you have already marked as patrolled and mark them as unpatrolled if you are not certain about their notability. voorts (talk/contributions) 03:15, 1 September 2024 (UTC)
Hello. Per the notice you received above, a tag had been placed on Irish twins requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Please note that after review, I have removed the deletion request on the basis that having examined the deleted article, I find that the present page is not "substantially identical" within the meaning of WP:CSD#G4., so you do not need to worry about this page being speedily deleted. However, speedy deletion is not the only deletion processes on Wikipedia; my removal does not prevent users from invoking other, longer term deletion methods, such as for an article, proposing its deletion or nominating it at articles for deletion. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 16:05, 2 September 2024 (UTC)

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Władysław Słowiński for deletion, because it's a redirect from an article title to a namespace that's not for articles.
If you don't want Władysław Słowiński to be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!
