updates needed

I haven't found a definitive reference for what companies are currently in the ASX200, nor grouped in this way. https://www.marketindex.com.au/asx200/announcements has "recent announcements" with additions and deletions columns. I've deleted the companies in this list that were in the deletions column, but adding the additions to the right group and finding the right wikilink is too hard for tonight. I also haven't removed the template from many of the companies I removed from the list.
