Starý Šachov (German: Alt Schokau) is a municipality and village in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.

Starý Šachov lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Děčín, 25 km (16 mi) east of Ústí nad Labem, and 71 km (44 mi) north of Prague.
