Nobuki Hizume (日爪 ノブキ, Hizumi Nobuki, born 24 June 1979) is a Japanese milliner.
After graduating from Bunka Fashion College, Hizume moved to Italy and announced a brand as an underwear designer. After returning to Japan, he began his brand NOBUKI HIZUME for hats and headpieces and presented his collections.[1]
In 2009, he moved to Paris. In 2019, he received the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
