Ejpovice lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) west of Rokycany, 11 km (7 mi) east of Plzeň, and 76 km (47 mi) south-west of Prague.

Ejpovice is located on the railway lines Klatovy–Beroun, Plzeň–Radnice and Přeštice–Hořovice.[4] The Ejpovice Tunnel goes under the Chlum hill. The tunnel is 4,150 m (13,620 ft) long and it is the longest railway tunnel in the Czech Republic.
