Downiewo is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gródek, within Białystok County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus.[1] It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) west of Gródek and 22 km (14 mi) east of the regional capital Białystok.
