Ballaban is a village and a former municipality in the Gjirokastër County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Këlcyrë.[1] The population at the 2011 census was 1,047.[2] The municipality consists of the villages Ballaban, Vinokash, Vinokash Fushë, Komarak, Mazhar, Kondas, Psar, Ball, Kajcë, Pavar, Toshkëz, Bubës 1, Bubës 2 and Beqaraj.[3]
